Being Wealthy Without Money.

By all means this is not a comprehensive guide for succcess. And in no way do I think that I have all the answers. I only hope to address how a person can attain wealth without changing career, or really anything.
So... Looking back at what I just wrote it sounds like a big statement. You can be rich without changing anything. That is really a lie and I guess I should qualify that statement: I'm not a millionaire. I'm not even a little bit wealthy. But does that matter to me? Nope, not one bit. I have everything I need in my life and I never lack anything I need....
Wait... I take back the statement I made before. Maybe I am wealthy. Despite being in debt, I'm still living a good life where I never go hungry. I mean, I don't have everything I could ever want. But I have everything I need. Maybe we just need to adjust our definition of wealthy. I mean, do you need a jet and your own private island to be wealthy? Or is it enough to just always have everything you need? I've listened to people sitting in their homes, on reclining sectional sofas say things like: "I'm not wealthy but I'm comfortable in life."
My question is this: When do we become wealthy?
Is it when we have a certain amount of money in the bank?
Is it when we have the right brands of clothing on our walk-in closets?
Do you need to be able to afford a certain car or house?

I think, now that I've begun writing this, that I am wealthy. I have all I need to live a healthy, happy life. I never go hungry. I'm always clothed, and there is always heat in my house. I have television, I watch movies, I have a computer. These are the luxuries and this is the life. I am a lucky man.
Even more so, in less than three weeks I will be a husband to a wife who loves me, living in a beautiful place with trees, birds and the fresh ocean air.
I teach children everyday and I get to live the life I had wanted when I was a child.
Am I rich? Yes. Am I thankful? Absolutely. It only take one little change to be wealthy. Just looking at my situation differently. It's not about what I have or don't have. It's about what I am happy with. And, I'm happy with everything in my life as it is.
My job. Truly.
My daily life. Check.
My happiness. 100%.

So, looking back at all I have written. I don't think that I have covered half of the things that make me happy in my life and I don't think I have time to write them all here. I will just say that I feel truly blessed in this life. I'm no millionaire, but I have everything. And I'll talk more about what that "EVERYTHING" is later.
